Benny Quill is one of the residents of Wallington. A writer and illustrator by nature, Benny travels throughout the village collecting the interesting stories of the mice he meets along the way. Each month, he shares one of those stories with your child, bringing the magical world of Wallington a little closer to home.

Your child's welcome letter is mailed the same or next business day. It is the first letter in your chosen 3-, 6-, or 12-month gift. Starting the following calendar month, the remaining letters arrive monthly.
Each time a letter is mailed, we will send you a short email about that month's Wallington mouse. This allows you to share in the story and have something special to talk about with your child, even from afar.
HOW THE GIFT UNFOLDS
Shortly after you order, Benny mails a personalized letter and mouse hole decal in an envelope addressed to the child by name. He introduces himself, explains why he is writing, and gives them a first glimpse into Wallington.
Each delivery brings a new personalized letter from Wallington and a unique mouse hole connected to that month’s story.
With each new mouse hole, a little more of Wallington appears on the walls, creating a collection your child can watch grow over time.
Why it feels so special
Their name is on the envelope. Benny writes directly to them. Then they add a mouse hole from that month's story to the wall, making Wallington feel like it is growing around them.
MEET BENNY QUILL
Benny Quill writes and illustrates the stories of Wallington. He lives in two small rooms above the Wallington Print Shop, where he keeps his notes, sharpens his pencils, and turns the interesting things he discovers into letters for children. His desk has one short leg, so his pencils are forever rolling to the floor. He is often accompanied by Tumble, a curious honeybee who followed him home one day and has been with him ever since.
More than something to open
Read a story aloud, and turn a little recipe into an afternoon at the kitchen table. There are no screens required, just a little room for imagination.
October’s letter took children to Thatch Pumpkin Farm, with a matching mouse hole decal, a wonderfully silly craft, and a recipe from the story.

Benny's welcome letter and mouse hole decal are mailed the same or next business day after you order. This is letter 1 of your chosen gift. The regular monthly letters begin the following calendar month. For example, a 3-month gift ordered in September includes the welcome letter in September, followed by the October and November letters.

The letters are designed for children ages 3 to 8. They are especially fun to read aloud together, so children do not need to be independent readers.
Yes. With the two-child option, each child receives a personalized envelope, their own complete letter, and a different mouse hole decal. Both decals feature the same monthly Wallington character, but each shows a unique scene. The second child is discounted. Enter the children’s shipping address at checkout. Each order goes to one address. For different addresses, please contact us before ordering.
Yes. U.S. shipping is included with every letter.
No. You pay once for the full 3-, 6-, or 12-month gift at checkout. There are no automatic renewals or additional subscription charges.
Yes. Place another order for the same child using their name and mailing address. We will check their existing gift and continue with regular monthly letters. They will not receive another welcome letter. Each additional purchase is a one-time payment.
They are made from removable matte wall decal material designed to peel away gently. They can also be repositioned or returned to their backing for later use.
Yes. Please contact us with your order number and the new mailing address for future letters. After ordering, check the shipping address in your confirmation email and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
