Are you the same company as My Wonderful Walls?
Yes, we are. We loved this sweet little world so much that we felt it deserved its own dedicated home.

WALLINGTON BOOKS
What age are Wallington books best for?
Wallington books are ideal for children ages 2 to 8, and just as enjoyable for the grown-ups sharing the story.

How do the books work?
Each book contains five read-aloud stories with decals that match the illustrations in the book. First, read the stories. Then the fun continues as children hunt for the mice decals you have hidden around your home.

Do the books tell you where to hide the mice?
No. There are no set instructions or hiding places. You adhere the mice decals wherever you like and make the experience your own. Know that the decals are removable, repositionable, reusable, and won’t damage your walls. Return the decals to the original backings and store in the envelope for later use.  

Are the books interactive?
Not in the traditional sense. You simply read the stories, hide the decals, and let the children delight in finding them around your home.

What are Wallington books about?
Wallington books invite children into a secret world of mice living in your walls. In these gentle stories, little mice experience big feelings about small things, exploring friendship, growing up, patience, persistence, and the sweetness of everyday moments.

Do Wallington books come with decals?
Yes. Each book comes with a set of decals that match the illustrations in the book.

Are Wallington books good for gifts?
Yes. They make wonderfully giftable keepsakes and arrive beautifully packaged, ready to send directly to the lucky children receiving them.

Are Wallington books good for reading aloud?
Yes. They are perfect for reading together.

Will you be writing more books?
Yes. We are continually creating new books and look forward to building a lovely collection for families to enjoy.

DECALS
How do I apply the decals?
Simply peel them from the backing paper and stick them to a clean, dry surface. 

What are they made of?
We make them from a removable, repositionable, and mess-free vinyl. They are printed with Green-Guard certified, lead-free, and water-based inks.

What surfaces can I stick them to?
They work best on flat surfaces such as walls, mirrors, cabinets, laptops, water bottles, scrapbooks, cars, journals, windows, furniture, glass, metal, and plastic.

Will they work on textured walls?
Yes, they stick well to lightly textured walls. They will not stick well to walls with a heavy texture. 

Will they damage my walls?
No, they will not damage your walls. Our vinyl is designed to stick well, remove cleanly, and leave no messy residue. If they are left on for over a year and do stick a little too much, then light heat from a hair dryer can be used to take them off cleanly. 

Are they permanent?
No. They are designed to stay put, but they are not permanent and can be removed cleanly.

Can I reuse them?
Yes. Just keep in mind that repeated repositioning may reduce their tack over time. To store them, place the stickers back on their original backing paper. If you no longer have it, parchment paper works well too.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship from, and how fast will I get my order?
We ship from our studio in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and we work quickly. Most orders ship within 12 hours to one business day.

Shipping Details & Transit Times:

Mouse Holes

• Orders of 12+ mouse holes are upgraded to FREE USPS Ground Advantage. Transit time is 1-5 business days.
• FREE SHIPPING of 1–11 items are sent with a postal stamp (and tracked via the Letter Track system); Transit time is 1-7 business days.
• For 1-11 items, if you want it sent with USPS Ground Advantage, the cost is $4.25.
• Expedited options are also available. Prices vary. Cut-off time is 2PM EST. 
• International: Cost is $2 shipped with a global stamp, no tracking.
  

Books

• FREE US Shipping via USPS Media Mail; Transit time is 5-10 business days.
• Expedited options with UPS are also available. Prices vary. Cut-off time is 2PM EST.  
• $15 Canada USPS Standard Int’l Shipping & 1–2 weeks transit time

TRACKING
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder. Still nothing? For orders shipped with LetterTrack, for orders of 1 to 11 mouse hole decals, tracking will be emailed to you once USPS receives the package.

Why is my order of decals showing as delivered but I haven’t gotten it?
Letter Track marks packages as “DELIVERED” a little early. That status just means it’s at the carrier’s hub. Your package should arrive within 0–3 days after that update.

Can I expedite my order?
Yes. Expedited options are available. Prices vary. Cut-off time is 2PM EST.  

ORDERING
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call us at 423-815-1703 or email info@mywonderfulwalls.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel or update it and issue a refund. If it has shipped, you’ll need to return it for a refund or exchange.

Do you have a retail store?
No. We sell exclusively online.

RETURNS
What’s your return policy?

• Returns accepted within 60 days for non-personalized items in original condition.
• Stickers must still be on the backing paper.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving your return.
